KitchenMoms Copyright Policy

1. Copyright Ownership

All original material published on KitchenMoms – including but not limited to recipes, step‑by‑step instructions, ingredient lists, cooking tips, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphics, blog posts, and any other textual or visual content – is the exclusive intellectual property of KitchenMoms unless expressly noted otherwise. The copyright for each piece of content is owned by KitchenMoms and is protected under United States copyright law as well as the international treaties to which the United States is a party (e.g., the Berne Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and the TRIPS Agreement).

The protection covers the expression of ideas (the exact wording, formatting, and visual presentation) and does not extend to the underlying ideas, cooking techniques, or facts themselves. KitchenMoms reserves all rights not expressly granted in this policy, including the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works, and otherwise exploit the content in any medium now known or later developed.

2. Permitted Use

KitchenMoms encourages the sharing of culinary inspiration while protecting the rights of its creators. The following uses are expressly permitted without prior written consent, provided that they are for personal, non‑commercial purposes and that no alteration or removal of the original copyright notice occurs:
