Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Usage Rights

KitchenMoms grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non‑commercial purposes. This license allows you to:

You may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from KitchenMoms; (b) bypass any security measures or attempt to access restricted areas of the Site; or (c) use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to collect data from the Site.

By submitting any content (e.g., comments, reviews, photos) to KitchenMoms, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media now known or later developed.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your submission does not infringe any third‑party rights. KitchenMoms may remove any user‑generated content that it deems inappropriate, illegal, or in violation of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without notice.

Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies may occur, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from reliance on such information.

4.3 Third‑Party Links

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by KitchenMoms. Those links are provided for convenience only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KitchenMoms, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall KitchenMoms’ total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the amount you have actually paid, if any, for access to the Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, KitchenMoms’ liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
